Brought a Sofa and Loveseat from Wyckes furniture. Both the catalog and online add showed the same measurements.

But when the sofa and loveseat were received, both were over 3 inches shorter than advertised. Wanted to get a number to the corporate office but all stores said there is no number and you have to email. Many emails sent to sales@wyckes.com and nothing received back. Returned said items but still had to pay the 30 percent restocking fee.

Total ripoff - never buy from this place! The Manager at the Miramar Store and the sales person had no idea if you have to assemble the furniture or not because we specifically did not want to assemble.

But when the sofa and loveseat arrived they needed to be put together. Totally clueless - surprised this company stays in business.

Absolutely unable to contact a corporate customer service rep. Had issue with recent in-store price paid and price paid by on-line price for same item one week later. Local Mira Mar store would not resolve priceing discrepency and refered me to sales@wyckes.com...do not bother...a complete run around...I will NEVER do business with this company again.
